Developing Games for the Antix Game Player
The Antix Developer Program is designed to support games developers and publishers, device manufacturers, broadcasters and operators/carriers in the development, porting and marketing of games and assets for all Antix Game Player (AGP) enabled targets in the mobile and embedded consumer electronics sectors; mobile phones, PCs, STBs, tablets, TVs.
AGP has been ported to open and proprietary operating systems that include: Android™, BREW®, Linux®, Samsung bada OS®, Symbian OS™ S60™, Windows®, Windows Mobile® and across ARM®, Intel®, MIPS® and other CPU architectures. The AGP delivers advantages that include:
- Concurrent publishing across multiple operating systems, CPU architectures, devices and app-stores; getting back catalogues as well as new games onto mobile phones, PCs, STBs, tablets, TVs using a single source file
- Engagement of consumer distribution channels: games can be pushed from device to device (friends and family) using familiar viral and social distribution services
- Anytime, anywhere game play and distribution by consumers, on or off-network across any device with AGP
